If you have a question about a charge from one of these popular merchants, you'll first need to contact their customer support and request a refund. Our team won't be able to move forward with filing a dispute unless you've contacted their support and sent us a copy of your communication with them. We recommend contacting them in written form so you can submit a copy to us. This could be:

  • A transcript of a chat with their support
  • Email correspondence

How come?

When we submit a dispute claim, we have to build a strong case as to why you are owed a refund. With these merchants, we must provide evidence that you've made an attempt to contact their support and were denied a refund. We won't be able to submit your dispute case without this evidence.

  1. Log into your DoorDash app and tap Order at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap on the order you'd like to file a claim for.
  3. Once you're within the order, tap HELP at the top right hand corner

  1. Log into your Grubhub app and tap "My Grubhub" at the bottom of your screen. Your orders will appear on this screen.
  2. Tap on the Gear icon at the top right hand corner
  3. Tap "Help" and select "Billing, payments and refunds"


From the app:

  1. Log into your Lyft app
  2. Go into your Ride History and you should be able to report an issue from this screen.

  1. Go to https://www.uber.com and log into your account.
  2. On the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click the Help option.
  3. In the Help screen, under the Trip Issues and Refunds section, a drop-down menu will appear listing all of your recent trips.
