Don't recognize a charge? Don't worry - we'll help you sort it out. Often times, a quick call to the merchant can help clear up any issues. They could even offer you a refund.
If you've already contacted the merchant, our team can help you file a dispute. Start a conversation with us through your app, and be sure to have the following info ready:
- Name of the merchant (the store that you were charged)
- Date of charge
- Charge amount
For security, you should also freeze your card while we investigate! Here's how:
- Tap on My Account (below balance)
- Tap Manage Card
- Toggle the Status to Freeze
